Dear Horn Pest Control Management; Early this morning, my wife called me at work and stated there was a tarantula on our kitchen wall. I work part time at TRAK Ranch, where my wife and I also volunteer. I was unable to leave as I was supervising a team of volunteers who were feeding and caring for our approximately 60 animals, including 25 horses. We decided to call a professional. I knew Horn Pest Management was a big supporter of TRAK, having seen your flag being displayed by riders on our Drill Team. We wanted to support local businesses that support TRAK, so my wife called Horn at 7AM. She indicated the lady answering the phone was completely understanding of her fears. My wife works electronically from home and outright refused to go back in the house. The woman on the phone indicated she had one of your vehicles leaving a job in the area and he would be right over! The man who responded was named Ryan. My wife was made completely at ease by how Ryan handled the situation, including explaining what the spider was and getting rid of it. When it came time to pay for your services, Ryan indicated there would be no charge due to our working and volunteering with TRAK! This was an incredibly kind gesture on your businesses part.
